Cocktail attire! Think dressed-up but comfortable—you'll want to be ready to dance!
Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
No, they’re at two different locations—but don’t worry, they’re only about 15 minutes apart by car! If you prefer to travel the city way, there are also public buses and trains that can take you between the two spots. We’ve built in a full hour between the ceremony and reception so you’ll have plenty of time to travel, freshen up, or make a quick stop if needed.
What’s the weather usually like in April?
Philadelphia in mid-April is usually lovely—spring is in full swing! Expect daytime temps in the low 60s, but it can definitely vary. It is spring, so there’s always a chance of a light shower. We recommend checking the forecast as the date gets closer and bringing a light jacket or umbrella just in case, especially if you’ll be walking around the city or heading to outdoor spots.
Will there be transportation provided?
No: We recommend ride shares or public transit—Philly’s pretty easy to navigate!
Can I bring a plus-one?
If your invitation says "and Guest," then absolutely! If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can keep things cozy and within capacity.
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones, but we’re keeping this event adults-only. Thanks for understanding!
What’s the best way to get around Philly
Philly is super walkable, and ride shares like Uber and Lyft are easy to grab. You can also hop on SEPTA (our public transit system) or rent bikes if you're feeling adventurous!
What’s the parking situation at the ceremony and reception?
For the ceremony at the Basilica, there is a guest parking lot available. Once that fills up, guests will need to find nearby street parking or use a local parking garage—so we recommend arriving a little early to give yourself time to park stress-free!
At the reception venue, Tendenza, parking is easy—valet is complimentary and provided by us! Just pull up and they’ll take care of the rest.
