On Day 2 and 3 Expect Leaf service.

There will be a separate room from the event with tables to sit at. Servers will come around and give you a leaf plate, then more servers will come around and plate a dollop of various dishes on the leaf. Traditionally you eat with you hand, by pinching the food with your finger tips... and spooning it to your mouth. Kind of like sock puppet movement, bringing fingers to thumb and creating a cup with that shape.
