In 2017, Anya was living in Culver City, a suburb of Los Angeles, California, with a less than delightful roommate.. Jennifer became the third addition to their living situation, and Anya immediately knew that her logic, humor, and calling people out on their stuff was a godsend to the group. Slowly but surely, they became close friends and remained in close contact all these years. Hunter, brother to the groom, is the epitome of humor, love, and kindness. Growing up alongside him was a privilege, as they shared countless commonalities and formed an unbreakable bond. Their childhood memories are sprinkled with moments of joy, like staying up late on Friday nights to indulge in Toonami while devouring pizza, and eagerly waking up on Saturday mornings to catch the latest cartoons or anime releases. Their shared passion for video games created cherished memories, often spent taking turns playing while the other watched. Like all siblings, they've had their fair share of disagreements, but these moments always ended with kind words and laughter, strengthening their relationship. Even now, they share an unbreakable connection, bonding over shows, delving into discussions about history, and grilling up a storm for their parents. Hunter's presence adds an extra layer of sweetness to Anthony's life, enriching it with laughter and love.

Anya and Casaundra first met at University while working as student employees at the Career Services center. They became roommates during Anya's senior year and had one glorious, shenanigan-filled year that cemented their friendship for life. From executing epic birthday parties, to binge-watching the Jersey Shore to deter the anxiety of upcoming exams, to leaving each other love notes around the apartment, Casaundra and Anya always had a blast together and took the time to care for and support one-another during tough times. Anya and Meagan met as new-comers to Miami through mutual friends. Upon their first interaction together, Anya knew she was going to be friends with Meagan for a long, long time and immediately claimed Meagan as her favorite friend out of the group. They share a love for travel, exploration, and conversation. Meagan gives Anya infinite space to be as goofy as possible, and latches right on to every fun scenario. Every get-together since their meeting has been filled with laughter, adventure, and honesty. Meagan is traveling here from Texas and bringing her best Flamenco moves to the dance floor.

Brandon Hernandez, a name never uttered by Anthony since the pair met in High School; where the magnanimous responsibility of carrying the name "B-rad" was bestowed upon him. The two formed an unlikely friendship, sparked by a failed attempt to cheat from Anthony's freshman Biology homework, nearly resulting with Anthony also failing freshman Biology. Despite the rocky start, their friendship continued throughout high school into college where they had the pleasure of watching each other roll their ankles and succumb to weeks of chronic swelling, limping and reckless efforts to get on a long board as freshman roommates. Post-college, they returned to Miami where they maintained such a friendship as only best friends could; indulging in weekly rituals of masterfully executed line dancing, "mostly"-moderate beer chugging, and mandatory midnight mozzarella sticks. B-rad currently lives with his wife Steph in Jacksonville and are flying out to Mexico to be exemplary members of the wedding party.

Christian Chiriboga "Chiri" is truly the kind of friend which could be deemed the "voice-of-reason", such that the proverbial "Angel on Your Shoulder" would quit their job in tears, plagued with imposter syndrome. Chiri and Anthony first crossed paths in elementary school, way back in second grade. Their friendship sparked within the confines of an after-school arts program (a topic of debate after a few drinks, as neither can recall its name), was accented by fleeting hellos from afar during middle school, and sentenced to a lifetime friendship when the two, unbeknownst to the other, were enrolled to the same private high school and bumped into each other the first week of their freshman year. What started as a mere acquaintance blossomed into Anthony regularly pulling the emergency brake of Chiri's first mini-cooper midride. Chiri isn't just Anthony's oldest friend; but also a most trusted confidante. Despite Anthony's laid-back demeanor, he finds solace in Chiri's thoughtful insights and unwavering support. Currently residing in Miami with his fiancé Brandice, Chiri and Brandice eagerly fly out to Mexico to continue showering Anthony with their unconditional support and love.
