Dinner will be served buffet style at 6:00 PM. . Entrees: Beef Tenderloin: cooked medium to medium rare, with champagne and Grand Marnier cream sauce and mushrooms  . Rainbow Tortellini: cheese stuffed rainbow tortellini in a pesto cream sauce with broccolini and spinach, topped with balsamic tomatoes and Parmesan. (Vegetarian) . Stuffed Chicken: mushroom, spinach, bacon and herbed cream cheese stuffed chicken breast, lightly breaded and pan-fried, served with our creamy sage sauce.  . Sides: Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Gluten-Free) Green Beans (Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, and Gluten-Free) . Salad: Strawberry Fields Salad: mixed greens, red onions, strawberries, goat cheese, and candied walnuts tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Served on the buffet with rolls and butter.
