John first met Aposia on MySpace at the age of 16. They both were on each others Top 5. John first seen Aposia for the first time at Walmart and was nervous to speak to her due to just getting off work from Chuckie Cheese,
and didn’t see her again until years later.

John saw Aposia and immediately approached her and asked her on a date. They planned to go see a movie, but the day of the date John broke his cell phone and he had no way of contacting Aposia. Once he got a new phone and finally got in touch with Aposia, she was not happy with him. Therefore the date was not rescheduled and an another year went by.

John contacted Aposia after Charleston had a bad flood to check on her in 2015 and later that year they bumped into each other again at USC’s homecoming (Picture above). John asked Aposia on a date, once again lol. Aposia accepted and the first date was in October 2015 at a sushi restaurant called Tsunami’s. Later that year John and Aposia made it official on December 26, 2015 and they were a couple.

One day in October, 2023, John suggested to Aposia that they go out to a fancy Steak dinner, being that they haven’t had date-night in a while. So the two lovebirds braved the stormy/wet weather to make their reservations at Flemming’s Steakhouse. John was nervous and wasn’t sure at what point should he pop the “Big” question. So as the food was being served John asked to be excused to the restroom. He gather his nerves together, got the hostesses to follow him back to where Aposia was seated(they followed with roses and balloons). Aposia was stunned and confused at first, then John got on one knee in the middle of the restaurant and asked her to be his Wife!!!

John and Aposia have always been destined for each other and the love for each other has gotten stronger and stronger each year that went by.

Their love story is a true definition of love at first sight. God has placed them together and they are extremely blessed and filled with love.
