Our story begins on September 8th, 2023, in the sleepy town of Montclair, Virginia.

It was at Giorgio's Family Restaurant under candlelight that we first set eyes on each other. We must not have taken them off of each other for quite some time, because before we knew it, we were told the restaurant was closing for the evening.

Not wanting to cut our evening short, we drove to the nearby Dolphin Beach, where we sat on a bench and talked until the midnight hour was long gone. We learned about our childhoods, our likes and dislikes (N: avocado, A: lima beans), talked values and faith, and to make a long story short, it didn't take much for us to realize that we had found the match God had prepared for us. We've hardly been apart for more than a few days since then.

We have the rest of our lives to keep writing our love story. We hope to one day share that story with our many, many children and grandchildren.
