IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes-Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate plus ones with prior approval. Due to a strict headcount limit set by our venue, we kindly ask that only guests explicitly named on the invitation attend.

AM I ABLE TO BRING MY KIDS?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-focused celebration. We kindly ask that only children over the age of 6 attend, as we are unable to accommodate small children at the venue.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, so no need to travel between locations.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Everything indoors.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We kindly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone is seated and ready, so we can start the celebration on time! Please be sure to plan ahead and allow extra time for traffic or parking.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Parking is free, and parking will be on the back of the building.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes, you may! We encourage all our guests to take plenty of photos throughout the day. Please use our wedding hashtag #HappilyEverThomas when sharing on social media so we can collect and cherish all the beautiful memories.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

We’ll truly miss you if you can’t be with us on our special day. Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” if you’re unable to attend, so we can plan accordingly.

I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION…

Please feel free to reach out via email at mrmrsthomas025@gmail.com with any additional questions.

What should I do in the event I/we can't make it ?

As soon as you know your plans have changed and/or you are not able to attend so that way we can make the necessary changes as everybody is accounted for catering.

Do I have to RSVP ?

An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone invited. This is essential for us to plan seating at the ceremony and meals at the reception. Please do not bring additional guests without prior approval, as unapproved attendees will unfortunately not be admitted

What if I didn't RSVP, may I still come to the ceremony and/or reception ?

No, Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP, we cannot guarantee a seat at the ceremony or a meal at the reception.

DO I HAVE TO RSVP MY KIDS

Yes, please! We kindly ask that you RSVP for each attending guest, including children. This helps us plan seating and meals accurately.
