Port Gamble has unlimited parking in front of the venue, in the town, and on top of the hill in the grass all within a block of walking distance. All parking is free, there is no overnight parking at the venue.

Our motif will be dark red/burgundy, but feel free to wear whatever color you'd like in cocktail attire! No jeans or t-shirts please. The ceremony will be outside on the grass and the reception will be indoors at the same venue. It will be mid August so please dress accordingly.

Due to the 21+ nature of our venue and limited space, adults only please unless we have specified your child on the invitation. We are open to accommodations, please message us if needed. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, we will have beer, wine, and cocktails served by a licensed bartending service. Water, non-alcoholic fruit punch, soda, and coffee will also be available. Tipping is not necessary as we already included it in our pricing with the vendor.

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation.

Also known as the prosperity dance, it is a Filipino cultural tradition where guests pin small change cash to the bride or groom with a pin or clip in exchange for a dance. The custom is to help establish the couple in their new life together and usher in financial abundance in a couple’s marriage.

Essence of Thymes Catering will be providing: ***Passed Hors D'oeuvres during cocktail hour: Roasted Tomato Crostini's, Teriyaki Chicken Satays, and Whisky Prawns. ***Buffet Menu: Summer Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Assorted Rolls with Butter, Pork Lumpia with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Grilled Salmon with choice of Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc or Watermelon Salsa, BBQ Chicken Thighs, Vegetable Pancit, White Rice, and a Fresh Fruit Seasonal Display. ***To go containers will be provided afterwards if needed.

We would like you to be fully present with us. Please put away, silence, or turn off your cell phones during the duration of the ceremony. We would like everyone to be present in the moment and not have to compete with hired photographers and videographers for the event. Cellphones and pictures are welcomed during the cocktail hour and reception.

Please RSVP by July 17th, 2024 at the very latest. If we do not get a response by July 1st, 2024 we may reach out to you to check in. It is important for us to get an accurate head count for catering services.
