But what will I wear?

Please just wear your Sunday best! There's no need to go get new shoes. Just note, that it is going to be cold because we will still be in the mountains in March. Please dress accordingly. We will be ecstatic to see you either way!

Where will I park?

When you pull into the venue, to your immediate right there is a field where you can park free of charge, you'll just have to walk a short way to the ceremony site.

Can I RSVP online, or do I have to send back the RSVP card?

Either! We have the online option on the home page, or you can always send back the RSVP card if you are a little less tech savvy, or just don't want to do it online.

What date should I RSVP by?

Great question. I would like to have the RSVP's back by the first week of March 2025, no later than March 10th.

What is the address? And is it wheelchair accessible?

The address is 368 Robinson Creek Rd, Bostic NC 28018. They are absolutely wheelchair accessible, if you need this please let me know and I can arrange things with you.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Outdoor, unless inclement weather, then we can move the party inside the barn.

Have you reserved any hotel room blocks?

No, our wedding is very small, so we hope our families and friends can find a place for a couple of days to come share our special day.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If it has not been pre-discussed then, unfortunately, no. We need to account for all people before the day of the wedding to be sure we have enough food for everyone.

Am I allowed to bring my kids?

Yes! Just don't let them jump in on the newlywed's first dance. We have all seen those videos, no bueno.

What food will be served at the wedding?

We will be serving spinach dip with tortilla chips, vegetable and assorted cheese displays, house salad served with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette, and a choice of either parmesan encrusted chicken or blackened mahi served with pico de gallo, with a side of seasoned red potatoes.

Will there be dinner options for someone with dietary restrictions?

Unfortunately, no. If there is any dietary restriction that will cause an issue, please bring something to eat with you that you know is safe or within your dietary allowances.

Will there be an open bar?

Nope, we are bringing a few alcoholic options, but there is no liquor allowed on the premises. Trust, you'll find something you like (we also are going to have LOTS of water and non-alcoholic beverages)

Where is your wedding registry?

We have been together for almost 7 years. We have everything we need. What we really need is a REAL vacation, and money to go towards it. It would be an honor to receive a gift from you.

What is the Wedding Day itenerary?

5:30 PM: We are getting hitched -- 5:45 PM: Cocktail hour begins -- 6:45 PM: Dinner is served -- 7:30 PM: Cake cutting -- 7:45 PM: Sparkler Exit (fake exit, just for the photos) -- 8:00 PM LETS DANCE!

What time should I arrive to the wedding venue?

We would like to have people be there by around 5:15 PM to be sure we have everyone there. Last call will be at 5:25 PM. If you can't make it on time you will be severely missed, but you won't be admitted because we do not want to disturb the wedding.

When will the reception end?

The last song is at 10 PM so we will be hauling out after that. No more music after 11 PM, and we have to be off the premises at midnight.

Can I take photos?

Not during the CEREMONY. We love you all, but we don't want pictures of all our families' phones up while we are walking in. After the ceremony, we would love that. Use the POV app to help us get all of our pictures all in one place. There will be QR codes around for you to scan for this.

Can I post on social media?

Not until the bride and groom post. We are excited to see all your snapshots, but please do not post until we get a chance to. Thank you in advance :)

Will you be live-streaming your ceremony?

Nope, you can only see it if you come.

Health and safety measures?

We have event insurance to help with any unfortunate events, but we are crossing our fingers that we won't need it!

Where are the restrooms?

Great question! Restrooms are located inside the barn, and are next to the bar. You should see the signs for guys and gals on the doors. Still having trouble? Grab one of the bridesmaids, mother of the bride, or mother of the groom, they can help!

I will not be responding to any emails from the day prior to the rehearsal to the day after the wedding. I will update you with a phone number for the Matron of Honor a couple of days before the wedding.
