It all began with our mutual friends tricking us into a blind date! After discovering a mutual love of music, we exchanged numbers and went our first "real" date a week later. Everything was perfect and we were getting along great, so naturally, Araceli ran for the hills - it was "too good to be true". Of course, after a short time she came to her senses and realized he was just the one for her.

A few months went by and many sushi dates later, he finally asked her to officially be his girlfriend, and she couldn't be happier! They embarked on a beautiful journey that God put together and was exactly what each of them needed.

2 years later, on his birthday, Ignacio popped the question in the middle of 20 degree weather in City Central, DC under twinkling lights. She was so shocked that she got lost on the way home. It was all very exciting!

Now we are so excited and are looking forward to starting this new chapter together, and can't wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people.
