The wedding will be held at Aranwa Hotels - Sacred Valley in Urubamba,Peru on May 24th 2025. It will start at 01 pm EST.

You will fly into Cusco city (Aeropuerto Internacional Alejandro Velazco Astete). The Hotel can provide transportation to and from the airport directly through shuttles at an extra fee (recommended). You can also take a taxi directly to the hotel from the airport (could be very expensive) or a taxi that will transport you to Downtown Cusco where you can find multiple companies that will transport you to Urubamba for very cheap. After reaching Urubamba using the latter option, you will need to take a short taxi ride to the Hotel Aranwa.

Hotel is completely booked. They are no longer taking reservations. We recommend looking from hotels in Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and/or Cusco city.

We recommend booking the hotel rooms from May 22nd (two days before) through May 25th,2025 (Day after the wedding) so you can have peace of mind and be acclimated to Cusco´s high altitude of 11,152 ft.

After you've sent us your contact information through the link we sent out, you will receive either an electronic or physical wedding invitation. You will Scan that QR code and click on the RSVP tab. Insert your name and you will be able to accept or decline the wedding invitation.
