What airport should we fly into?
The Akron-Canton Airport is the closest to the venue and the hotel! If flying into a different airport, please let us know so that we can arrange transportation.
What hotel should we plan to stay at?
We have booked a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport. When booking on the website (www.akroncantonairport.hgi.com), use group code WOSMCC under "special rates" for a discounted rate. You could also call and mention the Wos/McCowan Wedding. Please let us know if you have any questions!
What should I wear?
Our dress code is semi-formal! Think nice dresses or a shirt and tie. Please no jeans!
What is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by Tuesday, September 1st, 2026!
What time does the wedding start?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive by 5pm to give ample time to park and find your seat!
What is the address for the venue?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Elm Ridge Event Center. The address is 469 Elm Ridge Avenue, Canal Fulton, Ohio 44614.
Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the venue?
Yes! There will be a shuttle running between the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport and the venue! This will occur before and after the wedding. More details to come!
Is this a kid-friendly wedding?
Yes! We are looking forward to celebrating with you and your little ones! Please let us know when you RSVP if you will be needing a high chair. We will have activities to entertain the children, as well as a pack and play in the bridal suite for our tiniest guests to nap, if needed.

We are registered on Amazon!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors! There is a coat area available to those who may need it.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Wine, beer, and cocktails are on us! Please drink responsibly!
Are there accomodations for allergies or specific dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when you RSVP of any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will let the venue know!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding, and may I post them on social media?
We ask that during the ceremony, all phones be put away. We have an amazing team ready to capture that special moment for us! However, please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception! Please upload pictures to social media!! Don't forget to tag us! We will also have a QR code available to upload all pictures and videos into an album to share with us and other guests!
What is the seating plan?
Seating for the ceremony will be at the reception tables, with the exception of immediate family. Please see the seating chart at the front of the venue for table assignments.
