Travel

Passports!

You will need a passport to travel to Mexico. Make sure it's not expired!

Does your kid need a passport? Follow this link.

New passports are taking an average of 3-4 months to process so chop chop!


Airport

You will be flying into Cancun International Airport: Cancun - Chetumal Km 22, 77565 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico


Shuttle

The resort is about 30-60 minutes from the airport. depending on traffic. Weekdays are preferred.

Airport transfer is included when booking 3+ nights, room only direct, not included on packages with flights.

The transfer contact Seasons is located on the bottom of your booking confirmation. Send the request about 2 weeks prior to arrival.

If your transfer is not included, deluxe shuttles are available for an extra charge.

Canada Transfers and Kalido are also good less expensive options.

Upon departure, they recommend leaving 4 hours before your flight. If you want to cut it closer, they will make you sign a waiver saying they are not responsible if you miss your flight.


Kids

Car seats are available upon request.

They are based on availability.

Safest bet is to bring your own!

Mexico is very laid back and you can also ride without car seats...


Cell Phones

Cell phones should work in Mexico, free of charge.

Download WhatsApp & the resort app prior to your trip.


Cash/Cards

Credit cards should work in Mexico. You might have to notify them ahead of time.

Bring your ATM card & get pesos at the airport. You might have to call your bank.

Bring US Dollars, $1's and $5's are good for tipping.

Packing List:

Your room might not be ready until 3pm, so have beach stuff readily available.

Review the dress codes prior to packing. They take this seriously!

Checked luggage must be less than 50 lbs.
