Andrew and Ariana met their freshman year of college at MSU in Tim and Denali's bible study. Ariana asked for Andrew's number first, not with the intention of what you'd think. Andrew would walk Ariana home from study and talk her ear off about skiing (and ski jackets). He quickly fell head over heels for her, and finally second semester he asked her to go skiing (not on a date though). After skiing, Andrew asked Ariana to go on a date and she replied with "Sure." Then, quickly followed up with "Yes, yes I do!" On their first date, they went to Mackenzie River Pizza, where Andrew introduced Ariana to BBQ Chicken Pizza and huckleberry lemonade. They went back to Ariana's dorm room where Melania soon called to hear about the date (thinking Ariana was alone). Without intending to, Ariana went to go to the bathroom and left Andrew on the phone with Melania (and as most know, you must get Melania's seal of approval to date her sister). Later, Melania and Ariana talked once Andrew left, where Melania shared that Andrew (so far) had her approval. After a couple weeks of going on dates, their friends took a ski trip to Grand Targhee, where Andrew asked Ariana to be his girlfriend - February 24th to be exact. They continued to ski, spend time outdoors, have intentional conversations, and fall more in love with one another!

HOW ANDREW AND ARIANA MET

In late June 2025, Andrew went down to Colorado to visit Ariana and drive her back to Montana for the rest of the summer. While he was there, Andrew asked for Arianas hand in marriage... and dont worry he asked Melania too. THEY ALL SAID YES!! The next month was full of phone calls and planning for August 4th. While Arianas family was in town, everyone was nervous and excited for the proposal, besides Ariana who had no idea. On the evening of August 4th, Andrew took Ariana into Paradise Valley to a trailhead that has been a part of many dates for them. With a detailed cover up story, Ariana started to get suspicious when Andrews friend called about a herd of 2,000 elk coming down from Pine Creek to bed down. As Andrew called boyfriend privileges to go see these elk (which Andrew has never said before), the foot hit the accelerator up the dirt road to the trailhead as if someone was nervous. It began to seem more real to Ariana that Andrew might pop the question, but she wasnt quite sure yet. As they got to the trailhead, Andrew took Arianas hand and walked her up the hill to where theyd see the said elk. As he pointed in the distance to no elk, he reached down to grab the ring box and got down on one knee. With shock, a few tears, and lots of excitement, Andrew asked Ariana to marry him and she said YES!!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?Please RSVP by April 30th. IS THERE A DRESS CODE?The dress code is western chic. If you want to break out the cowboy boots, do so! CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if their name is listed on your invitation. While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping our guest list limited. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY?We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes early before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time before the celebration starts and assure that there's no intereference! WILL THERE BE A MEAL PROVIDED?Oh, absolutely! What’s a party without great food? WILL PHONES AND CAMERAS BE ALLOWED DURING THE CEREMONY?We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. Please turn off phones and cameras and be fully present with us in this special moment. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture our day — we can’t wait to share the photos with you!
