Ariana and Cuyler met at Santa Clara University in May of 2017, their wedding ceremony will bring that love story full circle being wed on the SCU campus at Mission Santa Clara de Asís.

Ariana and Cuyler 

Ariana and Cuyler met at the end of their sophomore year at Santa Clara University (SCU). They began dating shortly after meeting, and continued dating long-distance as Ariana studied abroad in London winter of 2017/2018. After graduation in June 2019, Ariana and Cuyler moved to Lake Tahoe for a few months before beginning their post-grad careers in Fall 2019 and embarking on their second round of long distance. Cuyler and Ariana dated long distance through the pandemic with Cuyler living outside of Chicago, IL and Ariana based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cuyler moved out to California to rejoin Ariana in the summer of 2022 and they have lived in Walnut Creek, CA ever since.

As the majority of wedding weekend activities will take place at Hotel Valencia Santana Row, we encourage all of our guests to book accommodations at the hotel. San Jose Mineta International Airport

San Jose Mineta International Airport is an easy 15 minute drive to Hotel Valencia Santana Row. San Jose Mineta International Airport has all major car rental companies and Uber/Lift available. Hotel Valencia Santana Row offers valet parking at $55 overnight or $15 short-term for 3 hours for your convenience.Self-parking is available in surrounding garages throughout Santana Row. Hotel guests enjoy complimentary self-parking for the first 2 hours. After that, it's $2 per hour, with a maximum daily charge of $10. We recommend guests drop their luggage at the valet stand before parking. For our family joining us from Chicago, United (ORD) and Southwest (MDW) offer direct flights to San Jose.

Mission Santa Clara de Asís is located on the Santa Clara University campus in Santa Clara, CA. Only current students, alumni and Santa Clara professors are allowed to marry in the mission, making it an exclusive club of Broncos who have married at the Mission before us. We will share more details on parking at the Santa Clara University campus and transportation to the ceremony in the coming weeks.

Parking for the Mission Church

We recommend guests leave for the ceremony by 2:15pm from the hotel, as it is a 15 minute drive from Hotel Valencia and the ceremony begins at 3:00pm. There will be golf carts bringing guests to/from the church from the fountain marked on the map below with a yellow star. The parking garage is the Main Parking Structure located at 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, 95050. It is marked with a Yellow Box on the map below. We recommend that you Uber, but if you are driving please use the main parking structure.
