Best of friends

Picture of Best of friends
Ryan and I met during law school orientation before classes began. My mom chose to sit at a table with Ryan and one other practicing attorney. I was mortified when she asked Ryan to take care of me and have tissues ready because of how often I’d cry. Ryan thought she was kidding and later found out I really do cry a lot, and often. Since then, he really has been the most supportive and encouraging person by my side.

Partners through it all

Ryan and I have so many amazing memories from law school. Those who know us, also know it took me the longest to step out of the friendzone and admit to myself how much I truly cared for Ryan. I thought there was no better time to do this than right before the most difficult year of law school. We finally started dating at the same time that we became partners for a rigorous program at our school. Safe to say, we had a lot of growth in our relationship that year!

Wedding bells

Post law school came with new challenges, a lot of love, great memories, and tears (mine, of course). I absolutely love doing life with Ryan by my side. We still have so much to celebrate together and we cannot wait to celebrate our wedding with the amazing people in our lives who have watched our relationship grow.

Pups

We obviously could not leave our dogs out of this story. Kiva, in the very back, is the diva of the show. I always like to say, Ryan kept Kiva and I kept Ryan. She truly is Ryan’s best friend. Koda, our crazy middle pup, is Ryan’s biggest headache (sometimes mine too). We say this with love, he is the most energetic cuddle bug ever. Our latest, and greatest addition, Frijolito. He’ll do just about anything for even the tiniest piece of kibble, which is what he’s staring at for this picture. They are all spoiled rotton and spend their time running wild in their new backyard.
