We suggest you get there around 2:30 to park, get settled, sign the guest book (or you can do that after), mingle and get a seat for the the ceremony at 3pm!! woohoo!!

Because it's peak season, you'll want to get a place sooner than later! There's lots of options, including air bnbs, the historic Monte Vista Hotel and a Hampton Inn. The wedding will take place in Black Mountain, but Montreat is very close with lots of places to stay. There's a lot more info in the accommodations tab!

It's going to be on a flower farm in the mountains, so we're going for a more casual vibe. If you want to dress up, you can go for semi-formal. For women, think sundresses/daytime casual dress, jumpsuit, pants and a blouse. For men, think along the lines of khakis and a button down or polo (no need for a fancy jacket, a suit, etc). Also, you'll probably want to wear shoes you don't mind walking in the grass in (so maybe not those high heels unless you're okay with some slight sinkage into the ground). After the ceremony, we're going to have dinner and yard games, so wear something you can move around in! They will be wearing brown! The overall colors of the wedding are very neutral.

The flower farm is in our friend's backyard so the neighbor across the street has a huge lawn and will be directing people for parking. It's impossible to miss!
