Will we be getting a refund from Casa de Campo?
YES!! Anyone who has made any payment to the resort with get a full refund.
When will I get my full refund?
Casa de Campo has informed us the cancellation process takes approximate 15 to 20 business days to finalize.
Refunds could take up to 6 weeks, but they said they'd be expiditing the process.
