Alex and Sally met Freshman year of college volunteering for a Hope Kids Day event at TCF. We stayed friends, had psychology class together, and eventually began dating in August of 2019.

Alex supported Sally with dance team and Sally supported Alex cheering him on during football games on the sidelines.

They eventually were able to attend their first Gopher Football Gameday together!

Alex moved to Boise for work and they did long distance for about a year.

Alex was transferred to Nashville for work and Sally decided to move there with him!!

Along came Nash!! Name was of course inspired by living in Nashville.

Alex, Sally, & Nash made the decision to move back to MN after Alex started a new remote job :) Puppy in a Uhaul for a cross country roadtrip was fun lol.

Alex & Sally got engaged on May 3, 2025!! Alex proposed on the Gopher football field and the entire stadium was empty. Sentimental as it was the place they first met.
