Dressy casual for the welcome dinner. Formal attire for the wedding

July is one of the hottest months of the year in Portland, OR with temperatures ranging from 90 degrees to 75 degrees. There is rarely rain in Portland during the summer months, so a rain jacket is likely not needed.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, please RSVP by 5/30 if you will be attending or not. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and RSVP'd for.

The wedding will start outdoors on the patio (covered and uncovered) at the venue with cocktail hour before everyone heads inside for dinner and dancing.

Transportation will not be provided for the Friday Welcome Dinner. Cooper's Hall is about 10 minutes via car/uber from the hotel locations

There will be bus transportation to the Saturday venue from the downtown Portland area. Pick-up will be out front of the Moxy Hotel at 3:30pm, and buses will leave at 3:45pm. The buses will be leaving the venue at 11:00pm to take everyone back to the hotels. The buses will also be available to shuttle people back to the hotel earlier in the night.

The venue is only 10-12 minutes from the hotels, so ride-sharing apps can also be used. If you are driving to and from the venue there is a large parking lot along with valet service.
