While we weren’t able to reserve a traditional room block, we’ve arranged discounted group rates at two hotels for our guests.
The group rate is available between July 8–19, 2026, so you’re welcome to choose the dates that work best for your stay. Please note there is a 3-night minimum, and you can update your check-in/check-out dates.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, and the group rate is only valid until March 10, 2026. We highly recommend booking your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability and secure the discounted rate.
