Private airport transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Etéreo is available upon request. Please email ete.itinerarydesigner@aubergeresorts.com to arrange for resort transportation. While in Riviera Maya, we can pre-arrange private ground transportation for off-property excursions. Please provide the details of your transportation needs prior to arrival. Car rentals are also available both at the airport and the resort upon request.

Maximum occupancy is three adults per king bedded room and four adults per double queen bedded room. Third person in a Run of House Room is discouraged. Two children under the age of 16 in addition to the two adults, is allowed per Run of House Room. Families traveling with more than two children are asked to stay in our connecting studios or multi-bedroom suites. All amounts set forth below are in US dollars. All room rates are subject to 16% government tax, 5% occupancy, 16% service charge per night, and a $2.10 environmental fee per room per night. The service charge includes all gratuities to hotel employees with the exception of restaurant, lounge, spa and room service personnel. Group shall be solely and fully responsible for informing its attendees of these fees and that they are separate and distinct from the room rate and from taxes. Group may not, in any printed materials regarding the celebration or in any other manner, lump these fees into any category such as tax or room rate.
