We met while we were in college working at the same store. I was enamored the first time I saw her and looked forward to the nights we worked together. After some time I asked her to see my show and she said yes. After the show luckily her car was blocked in by a truck and couldn't leave since I got roped into cleaning almost immediately after the performance. Realizing she wasn't in the bar anymore I rushed out to find her still in the parking lot. Finding myself for a loss of words I kneeled down grasping at straws trying to say anything until I found myself on the receiving end of a kiss. With butterflies still in my stomach I asked her out for our first date Halloween 2016. While our time together was limited at first due to both our competing responsibilities the time we did was all the special because of that. Before we knew it we moved in together and I had the hardest time having her cats accept me (mostly Unika.) As time moved on we found ourselves being able to have aligned schedules and having more time to spend together. We would go to Disney World, concerts, a tour around Florida, and even to states nearby. Wherever we went and the places we saw the part I loved the most was sharing it with her. Some of my favorite date nights was pouring wine at home and watching a new series together on Netflix while we cuddled on the couch and with any luck the cats as well. One day realizing I'm as subtle as a brick she started showing me engagement rings she really liked as well as how she'd want to be proposed to. After some planning that couldn't have been any more obvious (seriously don't ask me to keep secrets I can't!) we went to another trip to Disney World. With nerves wracking my mind I managed to ask for her hand in marriage in front a professional photographer in the middle of Magic Kingdom. Overjoyed that she said yes the rest of the vacation was spent on cloud nine. Now that finally brings us to today dear readers to our wedding. We're both excited to be married and are looking forward to having you there! -John
