Each room reservation includes transportation for up to two guests. Additional transportation can be arranged for extra guests at an added cost.

Rooms must be booked by July 10th. There is an option to place a deposit and pay the remaining balance later, so please book as soon as possible if you plan on attending, as the hotel is expected to sell out quickly.
