It’s a tale as old as time. Girl downloads dating app. Girl sees a cute guy with blue eyes and a nice beard. Girl swipes right. A few days later, a match is made. 

Larry and Ariel quickly bonded over a love of dad jokes, country music and all things pertaining to Christmas. Larry says he started dating Ariel because her birthday is on Christmas. Ariel considers herself to be Larry’s favorite Christmas present. 


After living in their house for a few months, Larry and Ariel felt like something was missing. Larry suggested they adopt a pet moose (his favorite animal). Ariel suggested they adopt a puppy and name him Moose instead.

In January 2024, Ariel and Larry met Moose for the first time. It was love at first sight. From potty training an eight week old puppy in the middle of winter, to teaching him how to swim in the summer, Moose quickly filled in the missing piece. Their 80 lb “lap dog” who is highly motivated by a love of cheese and destruction, is so excited that his Mom & Dad are getting married!
