Our wedding is semi-formal. For men, we recommend a suit, tie, and dress shoes, but at minimum please wear dress pants and a dress shirt. Any colors are fine, our groomsmen are wearing a light gray and green ties. For women, we recommend a long dress (floor length is best, or below the knee). Long skirt and a blouse is also fine! As a heads up, bridesmaids are wearing green. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or want to clarify the dress code.

Our wedding is located in Apple Hill, which is a mountainous area in Northern California. We are expecting it to be warm and sunny during the day, 75-80 degrees. It will cool down a bit in the evening, we are predicting around 60 degrees.

Our wedding is near a town called Placerville, and this would provide the closest accommodations to the wedding. They have a Best Western, and Air BnB's to choose from. Folsom and El Dorado are about 20 minutes away from our wedding venue, and have many options for hotels. This is where we recommend staying, if you are coming from out of town. We have 30 rooms blocked off at various hotels in this area, they are linked on the "Hotel" section of the website. Folsom has a lovely downtown area with restaurants, bars, and entertainment options (we love going axe throwing here). Sacramento is about 45 minutes away from the venue, but will provide many more lodging options as well as sight seeing and entertainment options.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time to get seated.

Please refrain from having your phone out during the ceremony. We have a photographer to capture this! Please take that time to enjoy the moment with us.

Yes! We will have an open bar, serving 3 chosen drinks (a Bee's Knees, a Moscow Mule, and an Irish Mule). We will also have beer and wine available. Drinks will be free and served until they are gone!

For dinner there will be a Caesar Salad, roasted potatoes, ,grilled vegetables, mac & cheese, Tri Tip, and rosemary chicken. There will also be a charcuterie board at cocktail hour.
