Our love story all started in December 2019. Ariel was planning to go back to school and I was finishing up medical school, interviewing for residency. We matched on the dating app Hinge and planned our first date in downtown Royal Oak. Dinner was followed by going to a bar down the street and that turned into dancing. The charisma was obvious, we had found each other’s person.

Fast forward 4 years later, happily living in the charm of Clawson and co-parenting a cat named Ivy. We had been blessed to find the time to travel the country; From driving Seattle down to San Francisco, Miami to Key West, hiking in Arizona, exploring New York City, and two trips to Mexico. On July 7th, 2023, I asked Ariel at Stoney Creek Metropark to go on the adventure of a lifetime with me; Marriage!
