Instructions: You can book a 1 or 2-room suite at the Hyatt House for a discounted price for the nights of Thu 9/19, Fri 9/20, Sat 9/21, and Sun 9/22. To book through this link, you may only select dates within Wednesday 9/18 (check-in) to Monday 9/22 (check-out). Note that Wednesday is not discounted and the price will reflect that. If you want to come earlier or stay longer, call the Hyatt House at (925) 730-0070, The website can be weird, if it is frustrating, just call them!
Aloft Dublin-Pleasanton

Transportation to Venue
Shuttle Service
There will be a "Black Tie Transportation" shuttle service between the venue and the Hyatt House.
The shuttle will leave the Hyatt House to take people to the Venue at: 4:00 pm, and 4:45 pm.
After that, the shuttle will leave the venue every hour on the half hour starting at 7:30 pm to take people back to the Hyatt House.
Driving/Uber and Lyft
The drive between Casa Real and the Hyatt House is 15 minutes. There is parking at the venue. If you drive to the venue and drink at the wedding, you are free to leave your car parked at the venue overnight and pick it up in the morning. Ubers and Lyfts are prevalent in the area, but since a lot of people will likely call cars at similar times, we encourage sharing Ubers and Lyfts!
Airports
Oakland International Airport
OAK is the closest airport to the hotels and venue.
From here, driving to the Hyatt House in Pleasanton or the Aloft hotel in Dublin will take 30 minutes.
Another option is public transit (BART) to the Dublin/Pleasanton station. Just outside the airport, a staircase/escalator will take you to the BART shuttle train, which will take you to the Coliseum station (See Diagram). You will take the Dublin/Pleasanton-bound Blue line train to the Dublin/Pleasanton station. This will cost $11.75 per person. Then, it is a 5 minute Uber ride to Hyatt House and an 8 minute Uber ride to Aloft. you can expect the whole trip to take 1-1.5 hours door-to-door.
San Francisco International Airport
From here, driving to the Hyatt House in Pleasanton or the Aloft hotel in Dublin will take 45 minutes.
Another option is public transit (BART) to the Dublin/Pleasanton station. You will have to transfer trains. You will start by taking either the Richmond-bound Red line OR the Antioch-bound Yellow line to any of the stations between Balboa Park and West Oakland (BART Map). (Powell is a nice station). At these stations, you can transfer to the Dublin/Pleasanton-bound Blue line until you reach the Dublin/Pleasanton station. This will cost $13.70 per person. Then, it is a 5 minute Uber ride to Hyatt House and an 8 minute Uber ride to Aloft. you can expect the whole trip to take 1.5-2.0 hours door-to-door.
Public Transit
BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)
BART is the public transit system of the San Francisco Bay Area! You can buy tickets to ride at pay stations located in each station, or you can add the BART transit card to your smart wallet. I recommend downloading the BART app to check when the next trains are arriving at your station, and to help plan trips
