Running on time for either us seems to always be a problem, until one day it paid off, here's how our love story began..

One day in early 2014, both running late to work we stumbled into each other in our building waiting for our elevator to arrive. With a simple hello developed into a great friendship, where they would casually make small talk and Eric would bring Arielle coffee in the morning as they met on the way to the elevator. They each were able to time it just right to see each other every morning on their way to work.

A significant turning point one morning was when Arielle mentioned that later that night she would be hosting Trivia at a bar in the west village, and Eric thought "This is my chance." He played it off cool, and convinced Arielle to take his number to later text him the address (to make sure she was really interested). From that night they were both hooked. The talking and the texting developed from friendship to curious and hanging out turned to dating.

It all came together in early April of 2014 when we had our first date at still one of our favorite restaurants, "Distilled." Eric showed up early for this one when he received a call from Arielle which she said to no surprise, "I'm running just a little late." Two hours later, she finally walked through the door and our journey together began.

Early on in the relationship, after their first trip to together to Cabo in Early 2016, Eric knew he had found the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. He even may have leaked it to her grandmother, Mathilda, on Thanksgiving of 2017 when he was getting ready to pop the big question. After careful planning, they celebrated their Valentine's Day tradition by Eric cooking a big breakfast. Right before they ate, Eric got down on one knee and asked Arielle to spend the rest of her life with him. From that moment on, they both knew they wanted to share their love and everything life threw at them, together.
