We suggest arriving between 3:00 to 3:30PM to allow time to use the restroom, grab a refreshment, and settle into your seat before the ceremony begins.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is ample parking at the venue, and optional group transportation from Calgary has also been arranged.
Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the venue?
We will be arranging group transportation to the venue for all guests. Further details on the schedule will be provided closer to the wedding date. Please include your transportation preference on the RSVP so we can confirm numbers.
What time does the reception end?
The formal program will wrap up around 9:00 PM, but you’re welcome to stay and celebrate with us until the music stops!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Feel free to take photos, but please be mindful of other guests. We’ll have a QR code available for you to upload and share your photos with us. A professional photographer will also be capturing all the special moments, and we’ll be delighted to share those photos with you afterward!
I’m traveling from out of town. Where should I stay?
We recommend staying at the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino, conveniently located on the west side of Calgary. Alternatively, the Courtyard by Marriott in South Calgary is also a great option for your stay. Transport will be available from both locations to the wedding venue.
