Guestroom block: We have a block of 10 rooms at a discounted rate of $159.00/night for a variety of our King and Double Queen room types. We always start with a block of 10 rooms and once those rooms are filled, we are happy to extend the block rate to additional guests as they call us individually, based upon availability. We always recommend calling sooner rather than later to give you the best opportunity to secure the most rooms for your block. We also honor the discount two days prior to and two days following the wedding date for guests who desire to extend their stay with us (based on availability). The cut-off date is six weeks prior to arrival. Guests can still call after this cutoff date, it will just depend on our availability as to whether they will receive your rate or our group percentage discount!

Shuttle: We do offer complimentary shuttle service to/from Riverhaven to the ClubHouse. The shuttle is not exclusive to one group, but we will make as many runs as our availability allows. We have two shuttles: our Mercedes Sprinter can accommodate up to 12 guests and our Suburban can accommodate 7. We typically take one shuttle per run and Midnight is the last call for the shuttle.
