Mel's car was burning oil on a very snow March day. So she went to the dealership her friend advised her not to go to. (In Mel's defense there are two next to each other and she meant to go to the other one.) The whole time everyone thought she was going to back out of the car deal, in reality, she had no idea what she was doing. During the fiance part, Pete REALLY got to know Mel. The next day he followed her on Intstagram.
