What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code is dressy casual. Basically, just don't show up in jeans and a t-shirt or sweatpants ๐Ÿ˜‰. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so please take into account the early summer afternoon and evening temperatures. Also, consider what footwear you'll want to wear while walking/dancing on grass and concrete. You are, by all means, welcome and encouraged to dress as fancy as you'd like. If you would like more of a lead on what to wear, our theme is "elegant summer garden party". We also encourage you to dress in our wedding colors! French blue, yellow-gold, raspberry, azalea, peach, tangerine, lavender, pear, and clover green.

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. The ceremony starts at 5 pm sharp.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and venue restrictions. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Dinner will be served at the reception. There will be gluten-friendly and vegetarian options available. Also, for those staying to party afterwards, there will be a surprise late night snack!

Where are you registered?

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not required, we have registered for some items we need for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found on the 'Registry' tab of this website or here: https://www.theknot.com/us/armin-slatick-and-mckenzie-kennedy-jun-2024/registry. We are registered with Target, Amazon, Sur La Table, and Macy's. You may shop in store or online.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Unfortunately, at this time, we will not be providing transportation to and from the venue. There is plenty of parking on site, but if you choose to partake in any alcoholic beverages, we suggest carpooling or having a designated driver.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Yes! We recommend visiting the โ€˜Things to Doโ€™ page of our wedding website, where weโ€™ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, parks and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.

What will there be to drink?

There will be a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for our guests.
