Please arrive to the ceremony around 2:30PM so that you can take your seats and be ready for the ceremony to begin at 3PM.

The ceremony is beginning at 3PM in Winfield, Kansas at Behr Rafters. The address for that is 2203 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156

There is no specific dress code. The only request is to be respectful to the bride and DO NOT wear white.

The reception is set to begin at 6PM in Arkansas City, KS 67005 at K-Shaw Event Centre. The address is 1504 S M St, Arkansas City, KS 67005.

Please feel free to go to the location of the reception and enjoy the appetizers and mingle while the wedding party quickly breaks down the ceremony location and heads toward the reception location for pictures. The DJ will be on site spinning some sweet tunes in the meantime. Also feel free to take use of the provided photo booth to capture some sweet moments!

We will not be providing alcohol for the reception but please feel free to bring your own drinks!

Please try to leave your coolers outside or in your vehicle as we are limited on space indoors and do not want to ruin Ms. Kristi's floors with all the condensation that come off of them.

Dinner is being provided! The menu is as follows; for protein we will be having pulled pork and brisket. The sides will be green beans, potato salad, baked beans, mac and cheese, and rolls.

Yes; there will be people outside directing traffic for parking.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Children are welcome! I do want to make it aware that the reception will be a PARTY. Therefore, I am sure some inappropriate music will be playing at one time or another.

The Bride & Groom will be having the DJ participate in several different wedding activities. One of those activities will be what is called a "DOLLAR DANCE". So please ensure to bring cash if you are wanting to participate with the bride and groom in those dances. All funds will go to the Bride & Groom for them to take and enjoy on their HONEYMOON!
