Mike and Ash met the old fashion way: through mutual friends almost 10 years ago. Before they were even a “thing”, Ash somehow ended up organizing Mikes first real birthday celebration (yes, his first ever- ask him, it’s a whole thing). She threw him a party without fully realizing she was also starting the prequel to their love story. Spoiler alert: He’s been celebrating her ever since. From that party on, things moved fast, or slowly, depending on which one of them you ask. But eventually, after plenty of shared laughs, inside jokes, and probably way too many vacations, Mike knew Ash was the one. So naturally, he waited until they were on a beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres, surrounded by their closest friends, and popped the question. Ash said yes, she was impressed he managed to pull off something so amazing on his own. And now here we are-planning the ultimate celebration. There may or may not be another surprise party involved.
