We kindly request semi-formal, all-black attire to complement the elegance of the day. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or slacks with a button-down — all in black. As the ceremony will take place outdoors in the summer, we recommend choosing breathable fabrics and comfortable footwear. Your style and presence will help make the day even more beautiful.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors with the reception to follow indoors. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket for the evening.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Complimentary parking is available on-site at the venue. Transportation will not be provided but rideshare (Uber, Lyft) options are also available in the area.

Absolutely! A delicious buffet-style dinner will be served, along with dessert and wine to keep the celebration flowing. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We’ll be serving champagne during cocktail hour and wine with paired dinner at the reception. A wine and champagne bar will also be available for additional purchase. But if you’d like to bring something special, feel free to do so discreetly.

If you’re planning to explore Oakland or would like to spend more time with us beyond the wedding day, we recommend booking a hotel in Oakland. We highly recommend renting a car for added convenience during your stay. A toll pass is recommended as you will have to pay bridge toll. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available throughout the Bay Area. WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR! CAR BURGLARY IS EXTREMELY HIGH.

Bay Area traffic can be unpredictable, especially on weekdays. Plan accordingly to ensure timely arrival at the wedding.
