Cancellations:
Must be made 21 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of the full amount of reservation. (September 25, 2025).

**For reservation modifications***
After a reservation is completed and paid, If a change in reservation is needed, then guests must contact by sending an email with the change requested to: Group Reservations MX groupreservations.mx@iberostar.com.
If as a result of the modification a refund is due, this will always be done to the same Credit Card at the time of payment. If the change in reservation reflects an outstanding cost difference (due to additional nights, incrementing room occupancy), then the collection is being processed with the same Credit Card used at the time the initial booking was made.
The email reflecting the reservations modifications, cancellation, etc; must includes the following information:
Hotel
Check-in date
Check-out date
Guests name and Date Of Birthday
Roommate name and Date Of Birthday
Child name and Date Of Birthday
Room type
