How to Get to Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, Canada

Hammonds Plains is nestled near Halifax, Nova Scotia. It is a 30-minute drive from both Halifax International Airport and downtown Halifax.

Driving

Drive the Entire Way: If you're coming from the Northeastern USA, it's about a 12-hour drive. I've done this drive several times, and it's quite beautiful.

Air Travel

Fly into Halifax, Nova Scotia:

Option A: I can pick you up from the airport.

Option B: Rent a car and drive to the location where the wedding is taking place.

Ferries

From Bar Harbor, Maine to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia:

This option is great if you want to have your car but don't want to drive the entire way. From Yarmouth, it's a 3-hour drive to the wedding location.

From Saint John, NB, Canada to Digby, NS, Canada:

This is another option if you want to have a car but don't want to drive the entire way. From Digby, the wedding location is a 2-hour drive.
