2021: Only in the darkest moments, can we see the stars.

Robbin and I met in October of 2021. We built a relationship gradually, centered first on friendship. We fell in love so slowly that it genuinely took me by surprise. We were both experiencing transitional moments in our lives, but it is impossible not to notice all the fateful moments in our lives that inevitably led to this all falling into place.

2022: Relocation

In 2022, we moved our friendship to relationship and then moved our lives to Houma. Taking a leap of faith in our relationship meant making sacrifices to ensure that Dulce and Phoenix always felt their dad's love. The sacrifices made along the way drew us closer together. New home, new town, new jobs, new school, new friends, new everything.

2023: Lessons and Triumphs

As any spouse would share, there will be times of trial and other times of triumph. 2023 was a little of both. We overcame every obstacle and secured our roots that much deeper as a family. We went on adventures, traveled and made so many memories as a family. Although there will always be obstacles, we gained confidence that we will always be able to rely on each other and find the good on the other side.

2024: The Love Story Continues

Engaged. Flourishing. We don't want this year to end without sealing the deal! Nothing sounds more romantic than a kiss at midnight every year to commemorate that our love is always right at the center of the ending of one chapter and the beginning of the next. We are grateful to everyone who has encouraged this relationship; we couldn't have accomplished all that we have without the support of those who truly love us the most.

2025: Adventure Awaits
