If you were to ask when Evan and Ashleigh met, the truth would be elementary school, but high school is when their friendship blossomed.

Running track together and participating in some of the same clubs made their paths cross quite frequently. When it came to junior year, they picked on each other quite a lot, but there were sweet moments too!

Both soon adventured off to college, making Miami University home for the next four years. Between their busy schedules, they still made time to get lunch together in the dining halls or the student center.

When asked to prom, Ashleigh said, "Sure!" When asked to be his girlfriend, Ashleigh also said, "Sure!" Don't worry, though; she actually said yes when it came to Evan on his knee asking for a forever together.

And "the most beautiful campus that ever there was" (Robert Frost) would become the backdrop to their love story and the beginning of their next chapter as one.
