As much as we would love the little ones and would love to be able to celebrate with them, due to capacity limitations we unfortunately cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 18. Please make sure to have other arrangements for the evening.

FUN, CREATIVE AND UNIQUE COSTUMES!!! We would love if all guests would arrive in formal and unique costumes. Please avoid from wearing street clothes or "casual" costumes. See our Costume Inspiration page if you'd like something to spark your creativity! If you’re unsure whether your outfit fits the theme, feel free to reach out to Ashleigh or Zane. If you prefer not to wear a costume, formal attire is kindly requested. Out of respect for the couple, please avoid wearing white, off-white, cream, blush or any colour that could resemble white.

Parking is include for the evening at Heritage Park in the historical village. Please follow directed signs for parking at the venue. All vehicles must be removed from the historical village by 1:30am. Any vehicles left will be towed at the owners expense. You may park outside the historical village, in the general public parking lot if you need to leave your vehicle somewhere. Standard fees will apply to the public parking lot. Please also note, the parking lot is a bit of a walk to the venue inside the historical village.

We’ll be offering a buffet dinner to provide a wide variety of options for all guests. A cash bar will also be available throughout the evening, so please plan accordingly if you’d like to enjoy a drink or two.
