“It’s going to be pretty warm on the day. What should I wear?”
The last thing we want is for anyone to hit the deck (Ash’ll do that after some champagne), so please take the heat into account and dress however you’ll be comfortable! Linen suits, open-collared shirts, sun dresses etc. are all great options. There is no expectation that everyone will cook like those of us in kilts.
“I’m a 3 Day guest. What should I wear on the Friday evening?”
The Friday evening is really a chance for everyone to meet and catch up, so smart casual is totally fine. We would, however, like to encourage any flamboyance in outfits here!
"How about clothes for the Sunday?"
The emphasis here is on casual - think anything you'd wear on a summer's day. Bring swimwear if you'd like to go in the pool!"
“I arrive into Florence airport/train station. Is anyone else available to share transport to the wedding area?”
If you’d like to share a transfer from a hub out into Tuscany (and/or back), please fill in the doc linked below with your details and we can organise groups for this.

“I’m staying in a nearby village. How will I get to and from the venue for the wedding and the day after?”
Similar to above, please put your accommodation details into this doc and we will help arrange taxis to and from the venue.

“I’m staying at the venue. What should I do for food/drink on Saturday and Sunday morning and lunch before things kick off?”
All the villas have full kitchens and refrigerators, so it would be a good idea to pick up some snacks and drinks in groups. There are quite a few cars between us all and we’ll be arranging trips to the nearest village for this throughout the weekend, so don’t worry - most likely via WhatsApp groups which we will create closer to the day.
