For your comfort and convenience we have reserved blocks of rooms at the Residence Inn By Marriott conveniently located 15 minutes from our venue. We have rooms blocked for the 25th thru the 28th of October. Please make your reservation by the 26th of September and mention the Mendenhall/Hunter wedding. Check in will be October 25th to ensure you have time to get into your hotel room and relax before our ceremony the following afternoon starting at 12:30pm. Check out will be the morning of October 28th allowing everyone to rest and enjoy a mini vacation before going back to work! You may book all 3 nights or just 1-2 nights, whatever is going to work best for you and your family! Rates for the weekend are only available if booked before September 26th 2024 and mention our wedding. Studio Suite- $149 a night. One bedroom- $169 a night. There will be a shuttle that will run a total of 5-6 times within the night. The bus will be going to Columbia Whitehall and going from Columbia Whitehall back to the hotel.
