Can I bring a plus 1?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the venue, we can't accommodate for plus ones, only the people listed on the invite will be able to attend.
Can I bring my children?
We have decided to make this a non child event.
What should I wear?
This will be a formal event, think suit and tie. No t-shirts, shorts, or crocs (you know who you are).
The cave is temperature controlled so you will not overheat.
What's on the menu?
There will be a delicious spread supplied by the wonderful chefs at the Yanchep Inn. If you have any special dietary requirements, please get in touch with Ashleigh or Shawn so that some arrangement can be made.
Can I take photos or scroll Instagram if I get bored?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, as we have hired a photographer to capture the day so you needn't worry about taking your own photos. On the issue of social media, the cave has no reception so unfortunately you won't be able to grace snapchat with your awesome dance moves.
When do I need to let you know I'm coming?
The Rsvp deadline is by the 1st of March 2025 12pm AWST.
What time should I get there?
Please arrive at 3pm sharp. We will start without you. Ceremony and Reception are all in the same place so the proceedings are time sensitive.
Where do I park my car?
In the Yanchep Inn Carpark. There will be a charter bus from Ceremony to Reception site, so there's no need to worry about driving again once you are at the park.
So what's the plan?
The ceremony will be held from 3:15 at the lakefront in the park, then we will pause for photos and post ceremony nibbles. A charter bus will then take us to the Cabaret Cave for the reception.
Should I bring a gift?
In lieu of physical gifts, we will have a wishing well at the reception to fund our honeymoon and future home
