The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. Temperatures in Michigan during September often range from 60-75 degrees Fahrenheit. Please pack accordingly!

There is a parking lot located at the venue. Multiple guest shuttles will be provided by the bride and groom to take guests between the Amway Grand Hotel (or nearby hotels) and the venue. Ubers and Lyfts are also available, but limited, in the Grand Rapids area.

The attire for the wedding is Formal / Black-Tie optional (but encouraged)! Women may wear a formal full-length gown or a dressy mid-length dress. Men should wear dark suit jackets or tuxedos.

A room block was created for our wedding weekend at the Amway Grand Hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. Please book your room as early as possible! It will be a busy weekend in Grand Rapids with Art Prize fest happening. The Amway Grand Hotel offers a Starbucks, multiple restaurants and bars, as well as a fitness center and pickleball courts. Shuttle service will be provided to and from this hotel. There are also many other hotels within walking distance of the Amway that guests may choose to stay at and still be able to walk to the shuttle pick-up point!

Any additional guests that are welcome at the wedding will be addressed in your formal invite and included in your RSVP.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate children on the day of our wedding. All invitees will be formally addressed on your invite and included in your RSVP! Thank you for understanding.

Our menu will include a vegetarian option and a gluten-free option. If you have allergies or additional restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate your dietary needs.
