Once upon a time, long before either of us can recall, two little souls met at church. We grew up together, side by side in Sunday school, youth group, and all the in-between moments that make up a childhood. Truly, we have never known life without one another.

Through the years, we were simply friends. We laughed in big groups, cheered each other on from afar, and never quite imagined that one day our paths would intertwine so beautifully. Yet, as it always does, the Lord had a plan far sweeter than anything we could have dreamed.

Everything began to change our senior year of high school. I, Ashleigh, asked Wyatt to be my date to Belle Ball, my drill team’s formal. What began as one evening of dancing turned into countless hours spent together.

That following August, as we packed our bags for Texas A&M, Wyatt asked me to be his girlfriend just three days before we moved to College Station. The next four years were filled with laughter, long drives, late-night study sessions (for Wyatt, hehe!), and constant reminders of the Lord’s gentle kindness to us. They were years of simple joys and steady love.

After graduating in the spring of 2024 (Whoop!), life carried us in different directions. Wyatt moved to Augusta, Georgia for work, and I returned home to Cypress, Texas. Though the miles between us were many, our hearts remained closely tied. We learned to love through distance, through prayer, and through the small moments that made the wait worthwhile.

Then, one beautiful weekend in March of 2025, Wyatt surprised me with a trip to Savannah, Georgia. Beneath the moss-draped oaks and beside the beautiful fountains, he knelt down and asked me to be his forever.

Now, we look forward to the day we become The Webbs. Through every season, the Lord has shown us His faithfulness, weaving our story together with His goodness and grace. We cannot wait to celebrate this new chapter surrounded by all the people we love most on April 19, 2026.

It will be a day of joy, laughter, and gratitude to the One who brought us together from the very beginning.
