We first met through a dating site called Bumble. Bumble is where the female messages the male first. Luckily for Andrew, Ashley set her mileage really high so they matched.

We met officially in person for the first time at Crazy Times. Our first date consisted of dirty bingo, drinks and meeting Ashley’s parents on the first date.

According to the photo above it looks like he proposed in a park on a gloomy afternoon. But in reality Andrew really proposed in the kitchen of the house we share.

We had just gotten home from an afternoon of hanging out at the WhiffleTree. Ashley was letting the dog out to use the restroom and when she came back into the house, Andrew was down on one knee in the kitchen. Immediately Ashley responds with “this is awkward can you please stand up.” She thought he was joking but Andrew was in fact not joking. He states “he’s had the ring and couldn’t wait any longer.”
