Guests are invited to arrive at 3:30pm, with the ceremony beginning at 4:00pm.

We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors, depending on the weather. Following the ceremony, join us for a delightful cocktail hour and dinner on the outdoor terrace followed by reception indoors. Please dress accordingly.

The venue offers a discounted hotel rate at the Courtyard by Marriott in St. Jacobs. The direct booking link to make a reservation can be found on our "accommodations" page.

A shuttle service will be available to and from the ceremony, with convenient pick-up locations at the Fergus Arena, Elora Arena, and the hotel. When you RSVP, kindly let us know if you plan to use the shuttle and which pick-up location you’ll be using. More details about shuttle bus times will be shared soon.

To ensure an intimate celebration and in consideration of limited space, we kindly request that our wedding be adults-only.

Hors d'oeuvres will be served at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or special requests along with your RSVP and entree choice.

We kindly ask that guests RSVP by August 23, 2025 with their dinner choice and dietary restrictions to ensure we have time to coordinate final numbers with the venue.
