Hey Everyone, with the wedding date set and Sumner and I getting everything planned, I figured I would share how Sumner and I met that I have titled "New Beginnings".

The year was 2015 and I had just gotten used to living on my own in my college dorm. Little did I know, my world was about to change. Shannon decided that she would take me shopping and show me around before classes began and I, never turning down a shopping trip, agreed. Shannon picked me up to go, but little did I know...she was taking me to meet Sumner. When we showed up to get Sumner and it seemed as if he was equally surprised. When I looked at Sumner, his cheeks were beaming red, and I could tell that we were thinking the same thing, "those jokers have set us up". Sumner hopped into the car and to the mall we went...the start of a new beginning.

To spare you all from the mushy details and long reading, I'll just fast forward to December 6th, 2019, the day Sumner proposed. That is a day that I will remember and cherish forever! Sumner surprised me by taking me to the Horseshoe (historical grounds at USC)! I figured it was just to celebrate us being together for 4 years, but it was actually where he asked me to marry him! It is now July of 2020, and we have just purchased our first home in Downtown Greenville! We are so thrilled to be getting married and we cannot wait for the big day!
