Michael and Ashley met online via Facebook dating. They started talking on February 10th, 2024, and talked on the phone for almost 10 hours. Michael was from Iowa and Ashley was living in Kansas. Michael made the trip down on February 17th, 2024, to meet for the first time. It is safe to say Michael and Ashley hit it off right away. Ashley moved from Kansas to Iowa in April 2024 to start trucking with Michael who hauled livestock. June 2024 brought highs and lows. After the loss of Ashley’s grandfather, the couple found out they were expecting and shortly after Michael proposed June 21st, 2024. Unfortunately, Dutton Maverick received his angel wings. In November, Michael and Ashley got a new puppy, Fred. They spent their fall and early winter hunting for deer. Together they enjoy spending time with family, pestering each other, helping to take care of Michael’s familys cattle, gardening, cooking, and being crafty.
